BCCI sure of getting back Asia Cup trophy from Mohsin Naqvi, gives a 48-hour ultimatum

The BCCI’s (Board of Control for Cricket in India) secretary, Devajit Saikia, recently came forward and gave a fresh update on the status of the Asia Cup 2025 trophy. It is worth noting that the trophy still has not been handed over to the BCCI after India defeated Pakistan in the final of the tournament on September 28, 2025.

Following Manchester Originals' Sanjiv Goenka's confirmation, the Oval Invincibles, who sold their 49 per cent stake to the Mumbai Indians' owners, the Ambani Family, are set to rebrand themselves as MI London after the new ownership takes effect from October 1, 2025.
