Formula One: Shutdown period extended by over four weeks amid coronavirus outbreak

The International Automobile Federation (FIA) has announced that the shutdown period for Formula One drivers has been extended from 35 to 63 consecutive days in light of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic which has so far claimed more than 2 lakh lives worldwide.

Following Manchester Originals' Sanjiv Goenka's confirmation, the Oval Invincibles, who sold their 49 per cent stake to the Mumbai Indians' owners, the Ambani Family, are set to rebrand themselves as MI London after the new ownership takes effect from October 1, 2025.
