What is India's schedule in Commonwealth Games 2026? Check dates of all events

India will begin their 2026 Commonwealth Games campaign in Glasgow on July 23. Several of the country's leading athletes, including Neeraj Chopra, Mirabai Chanu, Tejaswin Shankar, Animesh Kujur and Gurindervir Singh, will be participating. A total of 126 athletes have qualified for the event and it also serves as a perfect opportunity for the athletes to prepare accordingly for the Asian Games later in the year in Japan. Notably, Mirabai and Lovlina among others will carry India's flag during the opening ceremony.

Following Manchester Originals' Sanjiv Goenka's confirmation, the Oval Invincibles, who sold their 49 per cent stake to the Mumbai Indians' owners, the Ambani Family, are set to rebrand themselves as MI London after the new ownership takes effect from October 1, 2025.
