Lakshya Sen, the World Championship bronze medallist will train with World No. 1 Victor Axelson in Dubai from Sunday with the Sports Ministry's Mission Olympic Cell (MOC) approving his request, keeping in mind the upcoming Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
